Interview
First contact via LinkedIn (they messaged me), followed by some mailing to find the best position matching my skills and experience.
Several rounds of interviews with business managers on my background, experiences, match for the position.
Then online assessment (C++ test), and subsequently an interview with a technical manager.
Finally, 2 interviews with the business unit manager.

Whether I need to get this job (in context of family total income etc).
This was after I went through all assessments, and I think they wanted to estimate how long would I stay with the company.
Colloquio tranquillo, l'HR ti fa sentire molto a tuo agio chiedendoti delle domande sul tuo percorso universitario ed eventualmente lavorativo. Poi si procede al check delle skill professionali e fruibili nel mondo del lavoro

Quali progetti hai fatto all'università e in quale linguaggio
El reclutador fue muy desordenado con mi proceso teniendo que recordarle múltiples veces para que agendará mi entrevista técnica . En la entrevista técnica fue todo lo contrario muy amable la persona , preguntas muy claras. Lo malo es que después de la entrevista técnica me gustaron , no me dieron resultados a pesar de hacer seguimiento
Common HR filter then technical interview with engineers.
They gave told me to solve logic problem in a codebase written in C++.
Also, they asked me more questions about how would I react to certain work scenarios to understand my psychology health.
