It is stupid I have to enter this information just to get an account. The interview process was good. However, we were a small company during the time period I applied. Technical questions were asked, drug screening and reference checks so I think it is a pretty safe place to work. HR was pleasant. I was taken on a lab tour and had a second interview the the President of the company. He was pleasant and funny. That is about all I remember about the interview process.

The interview was okay, they asked the standard questions in an interview. The interviewer was polite and agreeable. They usually inform you of the outcome very fast so you don’t have to wait too long.

Interview
There is a severe lack of communication between the HR and the hiring department. The interviewers wanted the transcripts. However, this was not reflected or brought up to the interviewee at all. In the end, the interviewer blamed the interviewee for not bringing their transcript along. Not to mention that the interviewer was condescending and rude throughout the interview
