Interview
I received an email from the hiring team and set up the phone call to talk about my background and expected work environment. Then, I did an in-person interview as the next stage with one manager and one supervisor, and I got in!

Why do you want to work here, How does your previous experience set you up for this role
Straight forward with 2 supervior and not technical tested question, about half an hour. They have a sheet that they followed to ask you question about and evaluate based on 2 superviors.
The interview for the Laboratory Assistant position at ALS went very well. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, the questions were clear, and I felt confident explaining my skills, education, and motivation for the role.
I was first interviewed by the HR and then I ham an in-person interview with the department supervisor. It was a smooth and straightforward interview process, and I was able to get the job! :)
