Interview
The interview process was very relaxed. There were multiple one on one interview sessions with employees from different departments and a tour of the sales floor. The interview is very straightforward and candid. They explain the job description fully, including the details some might find unappealing.The interview lasted for about two and a half hours.
It felt very rushed, I applied on a Monday, did an online interview Wednesday and was told I would hear by Friday. They told me I didn't get it at like 5:01PM on Friday
