I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ALKU (Andover, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Got a call, answered some questions from an Internal Recruiter. They were pretty straight forward and about my resume. Then In person a few days later I sat in a small room and had 4 different Managers come in and out to ask questions. Some the same, some different. They were all really good questions and the interview flowed very well. I was there for a total of just under 2 hours including the tour of the sales floor.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALKU (Andover, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Efficient. A few rounds. All nice people to speak with who seem to care about the conversation. There was no point in which I was left waiting for response that didn’t seem reasonable, unlike many other companies. Ultimately received an offer but declined due to more competitive remote flexibility I saw at all other sales and recruiting firms. Their model
Seems very outdated
Informal, conversational, and they really just want to see if you're the type of person that they can convince to work 80+ hours a week for minimal pay to bolster the portfolios of the account executives.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
are you willing to work after hours and sometimes weekends?
I enjoyed the interview process because I met with 3 people separately for 30 minutes. Although at the end I found myself running out of things to say and feeling repetitive .
