Consistently Ghosted During Outreach and Interview Process - typically I will get an email or phone call from someone at ALKU to either talk about a position or to update my profile with them, will be promised some sort of follow-up and then the person will fail to do so as well as ignore any and all attempts to reach them via email, LinkedIn or phone.
