there has been only one interview, contact was set by phone and recruiter has my curricula from a database (i sent it at least 2 years before). first she asked me about my actual position and specific interest and motivation in my work then went on describing the position than wanted to offer me, the type of employer (not the actual name), elaborating a lot about opportunities of growth and bla bla.. frankly speaking i felt short to be impressed by offer and later she disclosed name of employer ( asset management branch of a mid sized italian bank, bigger than mine)
