Standard phone interview, took about two weeks after to receive a response. I then was asked to do an interview on location with HR, followed by manager for hotel dept and then had to come in one more time to speak with the director of department (and the last one was the shortest; hardly lasted 10 minutes I believe). Overall positive interview process/standard corporate set up.

After applying you receive an initial phone call from HR. If all goes well an interview is setup. Typically you'll meet with human resources and if all goes well you're able to meet with a multitude of other managers. It's basically like a stepping ladder, and may be asked the same questions multiple times since you're meeting different people. It can be a little intimidating but it's nice meeting managers from different departments so you can get an overall feel of the type of people who work at ALE Solutions to see if your not only a good fit for them, but also if they're a good fit for you.
