Once you complete your online application they will invite you to a group interview. There will usually be about 10 other candidates. Recruiter will give a a brief on the role and what is required. If successful you will be asked to a 1:1 interview and will be given a tour of the store. This process is pretty fast took me only 2 weeks to get in.
