Interview
It was good, more questions on networking and dbs and ai and crypto. I was also asked some aptitude questions and some quizz and about my hobbies that's about it and then I asked them questions
Standard loop of tech interviews. The mission of the company is notable (working to improve the healthcare industry), but in terms of company culture and diversity, AKASA has a lot to work on.

Interview
Started with a take home problem, then a behavioral interview, followed by a technical interview and then two live coding assessments. This all took about a month and then after the last assessments they wanted to schedule another technical interview which I declined.
