First round with HR - professional and warm, easy to talk to. 45 minute time slot. Highly behavioral - culture fit very important for role.
Second round with hiring manager and direct supervisor (Asset Manager), again 45 minute time slot. Described their portfolio, day to day needs, what they’re looking for in an employee. Asked general questions about background and skills (Argus ability, proficiency with excel (three statement model, waterfall), and some qualitative/open end questions (give an overview of a building you’ve worked on or how an AM would look at it).
Third round is a modeling test and then there is a final round.
