I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AIG in Feb 2014
Interview
Pretty good with communicating. Heard back within a week of the interview. The interviews were mostly behavioral questions. It was a very calm experience. Everyone was enjoyable and easy to talk to. For the final interview, they fly you to the location and have a reception where you meet a lot of people in that division. There's three sets of interview with different groups, which is nice as you also rank which group you would like to join.
I received a Hirevue interview the next day after sending in my resume. The questions were fairly easy and what you would expect. Mostly behavioral questions that were mostly like problem solving based and nothing to do with my past experience
Hirevue interview and then emailed regarding a super day. The super day consisted of one more interview virtual with a hiring manager. I've heard it is typically three interviews though.
Easy, it was a Hirevu Interview with some behavioral questions. A couple of questions on team work, time management, and expectations from the role were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
