I got the interview by networking through my career adviser at my school. I networked my way in by asking a manager for an informational interview. After we spoke, he told me that another manager was hiring for a position, and I applied. The interview processes started with a brief HR phone interview, and then I came into the office and interviewed with four managers or varying levels. They then had me interview with the director. Each interview session started off pretty formal, but then became more friendly about half way through. They did not ask any technical questions, but they did want to know about my prior experience.
