HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

The interview process was straightforward. The initial phone screen was a quick 10-15 minute conversation with HR and then followed by a 30 minute phone call with an internal Actuary. Interview questions mostly revolved around my technical skills and how I applied those skills in previous jobs and internships.
