Contacted via email by HR to setup a phone screen with the hiring manager. Conversation was pleasant and professional, though a bit one-sided. The hiring manager would not discuss the salary range. Hiring manager didn't seem to understand a lot of my answers or resume bullet items, leading me to question his level of experience. Never heard back from this company.
