The process was easy going. They don't ask any atypical interview questions. Just look up the typical interview questions and know why you want to work for AIG. Also know what the letters stand for!

Know about what is going on in the company in the news. Know why you want to work there. Know about a project that you found challenging and elaborate on how you handled it. Make sure you interview them back to be sure the role is a good fit for you.

For the graduate program, the interview process was fairly straightforward. Everything you need for the job will be taught to you once you start. However, be prepared for behavioural questions. They seem “easy” but you should be ready to tell a story.

Was fairly seamless. One over the phone and one in person interview with a handful of different employees that came in and out of the interview room. They asked me a number of different questions but also built in time for me to ask questions back.
