Interview
Phone interview from recruiter. Face-to-face interview with District Manager. Review of work/education experience, in-depth discussion of role and expectations. During the process spoke to the recruiter several times. After the interview the background process was extensive. That took the mot amount of time. Followed up with an interview with the SVP once offer was made and accepted.

Describe a time when you had to present a solution, make a sales, deal with a difficult situation. Two managers were present and the conversation was formal to informal. They were excellent and looking to find a good fit to their group as they were the direct managers in charge of sales. Had a final interview with the Senior Vice President via phone call.
Very standard interview. Was about sales and long term goals. Familiarity with retirement vehicles and when to apply them. Along with some role playing of scenarios. In this position the interview is generally a formality before hiring if you have the correct certifications.
