There is nothing needed in the interview, management team have no idea about in the solar field .and because of that they only talk about other solar companies and candidate only to speak in a way that other solar companies is bad.and

director and manager interviewed me ,,and asked me basics questions about by qualifications and working hour flexiblitiy and why chose to work with them etc...then they asked i want to start ..i answered as early as possible...i got hired..and started couple of days later
