I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were 4 rounds of interviews. First 2 were virtual and the 3rd was in person. They added a 4th with a hiring manager. Adding the 4th was fine, but wish they let me know prior to the 3rd interview. All were great meetings with team members and senior members on the team.

It was a total of 4 steps within 2-3 weeks. I met with 2 managers, a lead, and a director all separately and had my final round onsite. Rejection email 4 days later
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AHEAD (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2026
Interview
Very lengthy for a recruiter position. Went through 4 interviews with many of them asking the same questions. While they were all very nice, this position should not be over 2 or 3 interviews at the very most. In addition, compensation was disclosed between $70-80k which is VERY low for a tech position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AHEAD (Buffalo, NY) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was concise, yet extremely personable. I met with 2 different people within management, and 2 peers. It was nice to be able to learn the role from a few different perspectives. The interview process took less than a week!
