I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AHEAD (Teterboro, NJ) in Nov 2012
Interview
One phone interview followed by one in-person interview with direct report management. Very relaxed atmosphere during the in-person interview with discussion on technical aspects of the job as well as overall career plans. Nothing too difficult or complicated however I was interviewing for a Jr role.

Question 1
Technical questions and career questions. Many questions were based off resume.
Seamless is the only way to put it. With todays interviews being so terrible, this is the only experience where I actually enjoyed the interview process. Instead of a full technical coding interview, I was made to give a presentation on a project that I had previously done, which was extremely unique, but really cool.
Its not the worst, it was 3 rounds long: case study, manager interview, technical so its really not the most rigorous. Overall good interview process not too hard. Id recommend just studying up on their values/
Easy interview but not transparent at all regarding the process or multiple roles you may have applied. Seems likely these are ghost jobs & recruiters are initiating a call to get nowhere.
