You aren't interviewed. You are told how well you did on the joke of an assessment. You're told that you will be paid $12 hr which is enough to knock you out of your chair. Then you're told that your calls are inbound and you will be signing people up that are already interested in electric or gas. Then there is the commission that they find 1 million reasons to cheat you out of every single week! You only get about 6-7 calls during an 8 hour shift. Staff and Trainers will tell you they will drop mailers but calls don't increase. You will not be able to sustain basic needs working here. you will make only about $450 a week which is not paying rent in LV. They lie about it being a work from home job then do the Bait and switch after you're in training almost a week and say you can apply in 3 months!!! The lunch room and bathrooms are always closed when you try to have lunch because the janitor is a jerk. You have to pay for your headset from 1990 that they require because all the equipment is from that era. They steal chairs, keyboard and headsets daily. Men sexually harass women openly and frequently. They tried to pacify you with tacos and pizza and games for a 4 year old to combat the unlivable wage and cheating you out of your commission. They have L. Ron Hubbard quotes on the wall and have adapted that cult like philosophy and its In your hire packet. What the heck Scientology has to do with ones work environment is beyond me. If you happen to work here out of sheer emergency please look for a better place ASAP.
