Applied online, no words from them for more than a month. Then an email said they found a more qualified candidate. Haven't spoke with anyone in the company or external hr support
Zunächst stellten sich die Gesprächspartner vor, dann wurde ich gefragt meinen eigenen bisherigen Werdegangs zu präsentieren,dann folgte eine Präsentation der ausgeschriebene Stelle, dann Fragen zur Problemlösung in der bisherigen Stelle sowie einige Softstkill Fragen, Frage nach Gehaltswunsch

Initial phone call with recruiter, follow up via Teams tomorrow. Haven't completed the process yet, just doing this because stupid glass door is making me to view information. Come on glass door, you're not making this easy on first timers.
