Interview
The interview process consisted of three interviews. I went through 2 rounds, but did not proceed to the third. The first round is with an HR rep, the second round was with two consultants at the Berlin office and the third round was going to be with the head of the department in the Berlin office.

Question 1
In the first interview, they asked me why I wanted to be a consultant, why I wanted to work with energy, and what I thought would be the greatest challenges in the job. In the second interview, which was 1,5 hrs, I had 4-6 hrs to prepare a case similar to the projects they had. I found all interviewers very friendly and open.

6 rounds i including technical, panel and team meetings. Excel and word and aptitude test also conducted. Easy questions basic behavioural questions. All conducted within a month and a half.
Receive a call for a short interview, mostly a fit interview with quick questions regarding the CV. Post interview, writing and excel test with n energy related topic. Then a few consultants and senior consultant interview rounds, and a final business case interview

-Personal where it ask tell me about yourself, why you want to work with us, what is your strength
-Knowledge is about the knowledge that required to be an analyst
-Final check is about your overall performance how can you integrate to the new team
