The interview process was heavy with multiple case days and interviews. There were two cases completed at Afry and one homework case that was presented after an interview with the management.

Had a positive experience with the interview. However, the position was cancelled due to restructuring, and therefore did not progress much further. However, it was not dragged out indefenitely, it was communicated proactively.

First business case, computing LCOE of a wind farm (need to know most of the basics figures).
Second business case, on district heating extension.
Extremely disappointed by the second interview where the interviewer told me it was great and where I got a generic email telling me I am not making it to the next round.

Long and very drawn out. Kind of not worth it because you put too much time into it. Communication is not great unfortunately. In the end talked to the CEO but never got a formal reply.
