AFL interview questions

Fairly standard interview on experience and background. Some situational questions to gage fit, mainly around ER and strategic experience. Only attended first interview. Two managers on the panel. Had to follow up with the recruiter for an outcome after a week and not much in the way of feedback given.

The interview process was very fluid with very quick responses and each person involved in my interview process was very kind and helpful. It was an enjoyable experience. It was not a difficult interviewing process at all.
