I applied online. I interviewed at AFH Wealth Management (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
I was sent an attention to detail exercise to complete before the interview. Then had a group interview with 2 others, which was actually enjoyable. Everyone on the call from interviewers to interviewees were all welcoming and friendly.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They asked the 3 interviewees to discuss specific topics together. Not a traditional style.
I applied online. I interviewed at AFH Wealth Management in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview was structured and consisted of two main sections. The first section focused on my experience, where I discussed my previous roles, responsibilities, and relevant background. This was followed by a competency-based section, which included questions designed to assess key skills and behaviours required for the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One key thing they asked me was competency-based questions, for example asking me to describe a time when I handled a challenging situation at work, how I approached it, and what the outcome was, in order to assess my problem-solving and communication skills.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at AFH Wealth Management (Bromsgrove, England) in Sept 2025
Interview
Call from the recruitment team very quickly after I applied, followed by a Teams interview and short attention to detail test. I sadly didn't get the job but what stood out was the recruitment team sent a feedback survey afterwards. The whole process was smooth and quick but they are still looking to improve the experience
