I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADT (Houston, TX) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very smooth process. Interview was conducted on time and in a very professional manner. It was raining very hard that day and there were fewer people than I expected to be there. The gentleman who interviewed me was very polite and genuinely interested in my experience.

Question 1
They asked about work history, goals and education. There was the normal talk of getting to know each other and seeing if it would be a good fit for both of us. Seemed very interested in work ethic...I told them that I was ready to grind and he seemed pleased.
Relatively simple and straightforward. Nothing to overthink and just be yourself. Be sure to ask questions as the job wasn’t exactly what I thought it was going to be after accepting.
