I applied in-person. I interviewed at ADM Interactive
Interview
The interview process was simple and friendly. You knew rightaway if you would fit there or not and that is a great thing. It did not have a big company feel, rather felt better in that way.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
About previous work experience and how I tackled problems there
I had to take a premium personality test (which they paid for, of course) before the interview. They told me everything I wanted to hear about the company culture and how the team collaborates, what standards they use, etc. I was satisfied with all the answers to my questions. However, the interview ended rather shortly due to getting offered salary that wasn't up to my expectation. Oh, and there was a technical take-home coding test as well, which could have been a lot shorter and not require more than a few hours to complete.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly questions regarding what my responsibilities were in my last job and if I'm comfortable and willing to learn the technologies they use. They also asked about my previous employer and their contact info to reach out.
