regret to say that my experience with your interview process was highly disappointing. I participated in three or four productive conversations with various team members, during which we discussed the next steps in the process. However, I was surprised to suddenly receive a survey typically sent at the end of the recruitment process, without any clear communication on the status of my application. Despite sending two follow-up emails to the recruiter seeking clarification on whether a decision had been made and where we stood in the process, I received no response. This lack of communication left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a candidate. Additionally, I noticed a recurring issue where every interviewer I spoke with was at least five minutes late to our scheduled meetings. This further contributed to a sense of unprofessionalism throughout the process. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the experience for future candidates.
