This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with an organization.
*Sidenote* If I wasn’t the best candidate I completely understand. But the way I was treated during the process needs to be looked at.
I filled out the application on line in December 2021. There was a screening with the recruiter in December, than I spoke with the hiring manager in early January, than with another individual in late January. I never was updated nor did the recruiter return my calls or email. I received a form rejection letter on February 15,2022. And guess what the position is still being advertised.
In my opinion the recruitment process is broken. You don’t value your applicants so how can you value your employees?
