Interview
While it is undoubtedly disappointing to receive news that I was not selected to move forward following the recent interview process, I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to have engaged with the team at Acko. The conversation was insightful, particularly the discussion on integrating core DevOps principles with foundational data structures and algorithms, which highlighted the role of efficient automation and system design.
Although the outcome was not what I had hoped for, I am taking this as a valuable learning experience to further refine my technical and practical knowledge. I remain very interested in your company's work and mission, and I hope to be considered for future opportunities that may be a stronger fit for my skill set.
The first round was a challenging coding round that tested problem-solving skills and efficiency. It required strong logical thinking, time management, and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Interview
The recruiters were ok but the interview was pathetic, waste of time. I answered almost all the questions but the interviewer looked like he already have thought in mind that he is not going to hire me. My interview lasted for an hour and looked satisfied with my answers but still I got negative response that to after asking about it. I don't understand the companies don't give proper response in time for feedback whether negative or positive.
Very bad experience, specially with the interviewer. You should check on your interviewers whether they are doing it properly.
