ACI Infotech interview questions

At first they said they do not have budget. They called again and scheduled the interview. No one showed up for for 15 min and Surendra joined after sending an email. As usual like any HR with no budget he asked stupid questions like why are looking for a change, do you have any problems at your current job. He wanted some exciting answers other than career growth and no issues at current company. For boring questions you get standard answers. What else do you expect? He asked if the can reschedule the interview and ghosted later. Basically they expect the candidate to say issue at current job so that they can negotiate the salary. Surendra speaks like a lorry driver. Pathetic experience in the 1st round. May be that is why their employees wrote negative reviews about HR and the company. Do not schedule interviews if you do not have budget and ask meaningless questions. Please do not waste candidate's time.
