Was a strange experience overall and is somewhat shocking and disappointing given the work they do under a segment of their business is staff augmentation. I was contacted by a recruiter via text, and I responded, then I was ghosted for several weeks, then a different recruiter reached out with a strange name and we scheduled a phone interview where I was told to call the hiring manager on his cell (very unaccustomed to this and it's generally not good practice), then subsequently invited to an in person interview with another person. A day or two later I received an email from a recruiter saying how well my interview went and how excited they were about talking with me. She also said that they are finishing up interviews and would get back to me on next steps and I never heard back. It's been WEEKS! Not a great experience, not a good look for them either.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ACI Federal in Jun 2020
Interview
Easy , no behavioral questions they like to just get to know you and what skills you think you can bring to the company. Good opportunity for people new to the workforce
I applied online. I interviewed at ACI Federal (Petersburg, VA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I just did the interview, and they asked since I had no experience in nutrition what prompted me to apply? I explained that most of my experience comes from the 3 courses I had taken in college (def has been a while). I don't think they are going to hire me because of that and I understand. They also asked how much I wanted to get paid and I gave a pretty low range because of my lack of experience. The lady was very nice and said she could push my resume up based on my education, but it was ultimately up to them.
