ACDI/VOCA interview questions

Awful HR screening - one of the worst I've ever had. I waited 45 minutes for the interviewer, and sent one or two emails in the meantime. They eventually contacted me and asked if I could jump back on the Zoom, an hour after the scheduled time, which I did. They proceeded to read the entire job description to me out loud (I had read it many times, obviously!) and then ask me the standard HR screening questions. As I started answering, they kept interrupting me, asking me to slow down/pause, as they were trying to write down my answers verbatim. It was incredibly distracting. I was told I would hear back within a week, but I never heard from them again.

Straightfoward There are 2-3 rounds of interviews by HR and then members of the technical division you would be required to work with. The questions are centered around your experience and why you believe you would fit not only into the role, but also into the organization. I found it to be a very transparent process with fair questions being asked.
