I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at AC Entertainment (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2015

      Interview

The interview process was very casual and not very nervewracking. My first interview was with two people and then they called me back a few days later for a second interview with one of the same people and a director. Both interviews were in the same location, and the interaction was very natural.

      Internship Interview

      2 Feb 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Knoxville, TN
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AC Entertainment (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2011

      Interview

I initially applied online via email. I got an automated email confirming they had received my resume and cover letter and that they would contact me if there was interest for an interview. I got another email a few days later saying essentially thanks, but no thanks, ie: You seem qualified but we have no open positions at this time please keep us updated with your progress. To my surprise, I was called a few days after that and asked to come in for an interview. It was a very laid back office, I almost felt overdressed for my interview. Definitely a young and creative environment. Interviewed by two people, both very friendly and interested. It was relatively short and was not very high pressure. I think they were interested in how personalities and work styles would fit within their company over actual knowledge or experience. I was called to tell I was being considered for the position after the interview but was never contacted again.
