The interview process was quite challenging and thorough, consisting of five rounds in total:
2 Creative Rounds: One focused on design and technical proficiency, the other with the founder, centered on hobbies, passion, philosophy, and work ethic.
2 Management Rounds: These assessed aptitude, communication, decision-making, and cultural alignment.
1 Final HR Round: Primarily for salary negotiation and role expectations.
I think, It was a well-structured that tested both my skill and mindset.
