I have been directly invited to an interview about a month after my online application. Interviewed with two lead data scientists. One of them dominated the conversation and asked technical questions to me in a hostile way. I had the impression that he was trying to prove how smart and knowledgable he is. He interruped me many times while I was answering a question. He quickly drew conclusions about me and my capabilities. The other team leader was a more approachable person but he didn't have much influence during the interview. I definitely won't continue with this application.

Interview
For the first step of the application, ABN Amro asked to complete an assesement. The assesement was a personality quiz, a numerical and a logical reasoning. Even though I thought I did well, they told me that they will only proceed with the top of the top scores only.

Q: They asked questions about different scenarios in the business and how I would interact with colleagues.
Professional via recruitment and also willing to listen carefully. Follow up with different levels of the team. Process took three interviews. People were doing their job. Had multiple offers at the time. Would go back if needed in the future.
