Interview
Very casual interview. Mainly they are just seeing if you are what they are looking for. Not very many questions, mainly hearing about the interviewers background and how some about the company.
3 stages. Preliminary call with recruiter, then manager, then VP. It was fairly straightforward and quick. Questions were simple. 30 minutes for each interview. All completed within 3 weeks. 1 per week.

Interview
More interviews than the CIA. After interview #3 it became apparent that no one in management has the authority to make independent decisions. I finally told them I wasn't interested after interview request #4. If you don't know if you should hire me after 3 interviews, then something is wrong.

Each interviewer asked the same questions. Imagine having the same interview 3 times. Apparently, no one bothered to compare notes.
