ABM Alliance interview questions

2 rounds of interviews. First interview very chilled asking questions to find out about me, why I want the role, and lastly they gave information about the company. Second interview, I met the department manager and they asked the same sorts of questions.

I had recieved both a linked in message and email from one of the CEOs to confirm the interview, but when I showed up I was met by two different people. Neither of which the CEO who had set up the interview which I found very weird and disingenuous. The interview itself was awful. The two young women interviewing me clearly had very little experience. One of which was on her laptop the entire time because she said she was very busy. She only looked up occasionally to ask questions which she did not listen to the answer to. Her conduct was beyond rude. The whole experience was odd and gave me a very bad feeling about the company. We are now 3 weeks later and I have received no communication from the company at all which is beyond disrespectful. I would advise avoiding this company. If this is how they treat candidates I can only imagine how bad they are to work for.
