Branch manager was a very positive easy going individual which directly related to the laid back interview experience I had with him. Great atmosphere in the branch. Also had to take personality test, and had to interview with district manager.

The interview was a lot of questions about what my goals are. It was pretty laid back and the first interview was a one on one. The second interview was with the district manager although in didn’t make it there.

Interview
Regional manager and local branch manager invited me to a bar. Told me about the company. Gave me a verbal offer. When I asked for a copy of the benefits package highlights I was told that would be available after I start. When I asked about a job offer letter I was told ABC Supply does not do that.

Met multiple times with store manager. It was more about him telling me what a great company it was to work for. I had the job if I wanted it I believed.
