Loose. Questions not prepared. Hap hazard. Interviewer was 15 mins late. Seemed disinterested. Five people interviewing in a small room just for a first interview. The role, how it was described, was a lot different to the job advertised which caused confusion. Lack of clarity around flexible working and there was a strange question asking if I would ever vote Donald trump

First complete an online assessment, followed by HR screening, technical or role-based interviews, managerial discussion, background verification, and final offer based on performance, communication, cultural fit, and documentation, review approval.
It was good. Hr was very calm and helped understand every process. 5 rounds happened beginning with introduction
