It was a group interview. We were given a presentation and asked to interview our fellow applicants and present on why they should be hired, and then ourselves. We were then quizzed on what was covered in the presentation.

Interview
The interview process is done over the phone or on the computer. There are questions about windows commands and windows programs. There are also recorded questions on more situational based scale. Some questions you really have to know your knowledge about windows but other than that fairly simple.
