Initially Video conference interview was conducted and then HR round and finally Background verification was done and HR negotiation on CTC done and after couple of discussions and 1 month process time , the approval was received from the Dept. Head and after that offer was received
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (Istanbul) in Jan 2015
Interview
Skype call record, English exam, 2-3 interviews both local and English. HR asked me to fill in personality test first and then they sent me a link so that I replied questions like Skype type but nobody was talking to me as the questions were written and the software recorded my answers. Then they applied written English test.
