Es begann mit einer Kurzvorstellung der Personen, vor allem mit der üblichen Zusammenfassung des Lebenslaufes, danach Fragen und Beispiele, vor allem mit Bezug auf die Persönlichkeit, und zuletzts wurden nächste Schritte besprochen.

Interview with Hiring Manager--> He pretty much shared the idea behind of the process, why need this person, and expectation. And some interpersonal skills questions.
