Interview
- Initial phone call with limited questions for availability.
- Email to confirm interview date and time.
- Process with recruiting personnel was quick but professional.
- After interview online with Director, I kept them in the loop of my other interviews as requested.
- Sent two emails and no one ever responded. Very unprofessional. A quick “thank you” would have been sufficient.

Question 1
- Basic questions but centered too much on quality system versus the position compatibility with skills and fit.
- Limited discussion on past experiences and their interviewing process.
- Lacked on job itself.
- One person in interview. Recruiting personnel was absent. This might explain the unenthusiastic attitude of recruiting manager.
- Overall, questions were very standard with no depth.
Three rounds of interview + IQ EQ test. First round with hiring manager followed by HR and final round for salary discussion after fulfilled the IQ and EQ test. Last round of interview can be difficult due to salary discussion
Very good communication from Eomloyer side, proactive and showed interest. Nice interview and feedback. First interview general and second interview in more details. We went through CV first, then Human relation person explained company and then team and role.
