The procedure was never clear. I had a two minute phone call suggesting an interview appointment and no information was shared with me regarding the location of the interview till one day before the interview. The recruiter said his colleague forgot to send me a confirmation email earlier.
I had an interview with the recruiter and the hiring manager with a positive feeling and was a promised a reply in two days. After 12 days, I never got a reply. Tried to reach the recruiter via phone and he mentioned that he totally forgot about me. I could not understand the process, he was suggesting a second interview and negotiating my salary expectation in the same time.
