Everyone was incredibly friendly and passionate about what they do. Really enjoyed being interviewed and would be a great company to work for. Interview was online with a team lead and she was friendly and knowledgeable
It’s a straightforward process. First, you submit your application. Then HR reaches out for an initial screening. After that, you meet with the hiring manager for a more detailed interview. The final step is presenting a case study, which gives me a chance to demonstrate my skills and approach

Question 1
How do I handle customers saying the price is too expensive
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AB Tasty (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and was reached out by the recruiter, who hopped on an HR call with me. It was mostly administrative questions about salary expectations, hybrid work, commuting etc, there were questions regarding my past experiences and technical skills as well. She was very sweet and overall I had a wonderful time speaking to her. After that, I interviewed with the person who would be me direct manager, he was also sooo kind and we had a very pleasant conversation about my past experiences which were listed on my resume and how I've used my technical skills in past projects. Third round was with an enterprise CSM team lead, it was super easy to speak to her and to be honest the questions were pretty much the same just phrased differently. Final round was with the VP of CS, and this was definitely one of my favorites. Our conversation was candid but behavioral questions were asked in terms of how have I handled xyz situation in the past. He also gave me an excellent recommendation for which headphones to buy.
