Interview
I applied for the summer internship in Jan and heard back a few weeks later for a phone screen. The recruiter was pretty nice and instantly put me forward to the second (and last) round. I had a panel interview with my prospective department. Associates seemed like they could care less about my responses and completely ghosted me after the interview when I tried to follow up. I got a generic rejection about a month after the final interview.
