Formal meet and greet with HR staff and engineering staff. Met with engineers to discuss job history and what I would like to do within the company. Took a tour of the facility as well.

Interview
I submitted a resume in person at the front desk. About three days later, I got a call to come and interview. The whole process was two in person meetings and an offer letter. It was a very straightforward process. You will have a one-on-one session and a group/panel interview.
