Interview
very Bad experience. Dont know what they were looking in an intern. Total 4 rounds. No vision or objective on why they were building LLM based safety models. one interviewer was showing a lot of attitude
Straight forward interview and spanned 4 rounds. Everyone was friendly and polite. I interviewed remotely using Zoom. Four interviews each 30 to 60 minutes. I have a feeling that turnover here is high.
